Vinayagmoorthy Janagan is a Management Graduate from the University of Colombo at the outset, a Management Consultant, a Professional Accountant, an Entrepreneur and also an IT Trainer, who has a wealthy summary of proven track records for a successful career and business. With a required set of career success skills and an ambitious go getter with a vision to become a leading Training Solutions Provider in the South Asian & South East Asian Region, he is currently the Managing Director & CEO of the IDM Nations Campus & has been at the Campus from his formative years as a lecturer, and thereafter as a business partner in 2002, from where IDM group was leading to a pace of rapid development.

Of late he has manifested his innovative skills in the setting up of the Nations Campus. In 2007, he started the first ever off shore venture for a Sri Lankan private sector educational establishment in the United Kingdom. Further he took the group to be the first private sector educational establishment in Sri Lanka to setup offshore ventures in foreign countries,  launched the London & Singapore ventures and even initiated a programme under the theme of “International Recognition + Local Accreditation” with the view of developing a World Class education brand, fully owned by a Sri Lankan .In such efforts through Regional Centres/Campuses he has paved the way for Sri Lankan youth to pursue programmes of studies at the University Grants Commission approved foreign universities , either locally or overseas.

He had been the recipient of PRESIDENTIAL AWARD in 1995 for outstanding contribution to developments in Electronic Communication Systems with special reference to Introduction of FM as Primary Mode of Radio Broadcasting in the country and PRESTIGIOUS PRESIDENTIAL AWARD received as the former Chairman of the Institution of Marine Engineers Science and Technology – UK for the contribution made to uplift Marine Engineering Education in Sri Lanka.
 
His contributions to technology had been to Popularize Compact Florescent Lamps (CFL) and Renewable Energy Pioneering Team to establish National Vocational Education (NVQ) in the country and Steered Lanka Electricity Company (LECO) to earn Sri Lanka National Quality Awards 2001. Highest award in the country for excellence in Quality and Productivity – Creating history in the country being first Government Owned Business earning the prestigious award.

Mohammed Zafir Deen Currently reading for a MSc in Strategic Information and Technology from University of Wolverhampton and is a Bachelor of Science In Computing and IS from London Metropolitan University. He is also a holder of CIM (UK), ACS and a Member of British Computer Society (UK). As an academic he has served himself as a lecturer in Business Management and IT fields for more than a decade of time. He is presently the of General Manager of IDM Nations Campus and  also is responsible for looking after several Satellite centres.

 Three (03) decades of unblemished carrier in the Prison Department of Sri Lanka and thus having held commanding, administrative and instructional appointments, and as a Commissioner of Prisons, Prisons Department with a Degree and expertise in Criminology, Human Psychology, & Finance Management, in addition also hold key position in the Prison Department Recreation Club and strongly believe in team work and has the ability to exercise sound judgment and work well with others whilst identifying their diverse needs. Mission oriented and cope with any unforeseen situation or changing circumstances with positive attitude without deviating from the task in hand. He as the treasurer, National Olympic Committee, Sri Lanka - NOCSL possess more than a decade gain experience in financial management and  sports administration in International level. Thus he is a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a strong track record of performance in turnaround and high-paced organizations utilizing keen analysis and insights and team approach to drive organizational improvements and implementation of best practices.
